i just spent several nights at this gem of a place and let me tell you the pura beach pool area is super nice i found lots of great sun beds i love that a bar is conveniently nearby for quick refreshments the dining room had buffet options three times daily perfect if you're all inclusive the staff always were on it so nice and professional.

the all inclusive drinks were not the best the cocktails seemed premade i felt a higher quality should be expected for the price paid.

the staff were very helpful and cute right from the moment i arrived at the reception the team showed genuine care addressing all my needs quickly overall the service was excellent and super attentive throughout my visit.

there is a shuttle bus available for trips to punta prima beach plus mahon you can book it directly at the reception this makes exploring the area really easy also pura beach is right across from the main building.

the hotel sits in a quiet area ideal if you want a chilled time the location is really peaceful and i found it easy to unwind and enjoy a relaxing stay i loved the quiet vibe and beautiful surroundings.
